totally local dinner
Last night the Summers and Chungs took us out for a belated birthday at Panzanella. It was de-lish! The coolest part was that we happened upon a night where the entire menu was made from food grown in North Carolina. I'd like to thank Simply Fresh Seafood, Eastern Carolina Organics and Eco Farm for my catfish, coleslaw and collards. Yum! We topped it off with French wine, but close enough. ;)
